Country Manor first opened its doors in 1970 as a modest 64 bed nursing facility in Sartell, MN. Since then, it has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, with bustling senior living and health care communities, robust amenities, and extensive services.

Our Sartell campus includes: A complete continuum of care, including 7 unique communities. Amenities available through indoor walkways, and also open to the Sartell communities include: Drakes Fine Food & Spirits, Kids Country Childcare, Champion Rehab Outpatient Clinic, Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center, Country Store & Pharmacy, Chapel, Williams Integracare Clinic, Cold Spring Bakery & St. Joe Meat Market Outlets. Guests enjoy on-site salons & spas, multiple additional dining options, specialized transportation services and so much more. Country Manor also features beautifully groomed grounds with various gathering areas.

On an average day, Country Manor Campus in Sartell cares for approximately 500 residents/patients, 130 students, and welcomes hundreds retail customers, as well as local and non-local families and friends for resident and patient visits. This number does not include our community services, such as Home Care and Champion Rehab.
